What was the reason to not do the guided bone regeneration at the time of extraction?

      Hello Eric,

Thanks for your question. I generally prefer to first extract and let the soft tissues heal for a few weeks. I then find it more efficient to proceed to the guided bone regeneration as it will be easier to have a good primary closure of the tissues, with less displacement of the muco-gingival junction.
